How to hire
To hire the pavilion or office area (for use as recreation or sports or ancillary to) please contact via email: facilities@polegatetowncouncil.gov.uk
For much larger events you will need to complete a hire pack available from the office.
Fees & Charges
Without use of pavilion £10 per session.
With use of pavilion £30 per session.
Junior Cricket £10 per session.
Wannock Office area £15 per hour (currently under review).
Free sports & organisations
Non organised and organised sports (will require risk assessment and sight of insurance) can use the lower field free of charge provided they are not charging. However larger groups are required to notify the office to avoid clashes of events on facilities@polegatetowncouncil.gov.uk
Free to use
The play area, basketball hoop, outdoor gym and lower field are free for use by all. If you plan to hold a larger event on the field please contact the office on facilities@polegatetowncouncil.gov.uk
Insurances, Risk Assessments, Covid-19
Anyone using the field for paid/organised sports will need to provide a current insurance, risk assessment including covid-19 precautions.
